New agreements with Heaven Hill Distilleries, Park Community Federal Credit Union, Anheuser Busch, John Conti Coffee and Sign-A-Rama Downtown add more than $2.3 Million

Louisville, KY (June 28, 2010) – The Louisville Arena Sports and Entertainment Properties (LASEP) today announced it has secured several additional partners for the KFC Yum! Center with total new sponsorships amounting to more than $2.3 million dollars. LASEP is the locally based entity of Learfield Sports and is the exclusive marketer for the KFC Yum! Center.

The announcement of the following new sponsors was made at today’s Louisville Arena Authority (LAA) Board Meeting:

•Heaven Hill Distilleries has signed a 10-year commitment to sponsor two new clubs, at both the East and West Event Levels of the KFC Yum! Center. The stylish Evan Williams Bourbon Bar, rendered in warm Bourbon tones featuring barrelhead décor, and the upscale Burnett’s V Lounge, with a clean, crisp design, similar to an ultra-lounge, are named for two of Heaven Hill’s top national spirit brands. The new clubs will be accessible only to lower level Club Seat Holders and will offer finely crafted cocktails and dining in a sophisticated setting.

•Park Community Federal Credit Union has agreed to a five-year sponsorship of the northeast quarter of the Kentucky Athletic Hall of Fame located on the Main Concourse of the KFC Yum! Center. The Kentucky Athletic Hall of Fame will highlight sports professionals and legends who have left their mark on Kentucky sports and, in turn, been elected to the Hall of Fame.

•Anheuser Busch will have prominent signage in the Inner Bowl of the KFC Yum! Center, including signage on the dynamic LED center-hung scoreboard.

•John Conti Coffee has contracted for five years and becomes the “Official Coffee, Unbranded Tea and Hot Chocolate” of the KFC Yum! Center. It will be one of a select group of advertisers to use some of the Center’s newest technology with unique Menu Boards promoting available products at various food stations throughout the arena.

•Sign-A-Rama Downtown has contracted for five years with LASEP to include concourse signage and to become its “Preferred Signage Company.”

“Thanks to the good work of LASEP and the region’s growing excitement about the KFC Yum! Center, exceptional partners continue to come on board,” said Jim Host, Chair of the Louisville Arena Authority. “The local companies announced today symbolize the unwavering spirit of this community.”

“The Corporate Community has continued to demonstrate its commitment to supporting the KFC Yum! Center,” said Lynn Saltzman, General Manager of LASEP. “It is a pleasure working with business partners who are eager to be part of the enthusiasm brought on by the Center.”

“Heaven Hill Distilleries’ partnership with the Louisville Arena Authority is tangible evidence of our company’s commitment to the Louisville community, where our distillery and sales and marketing headquarters are located,” said Max L. Shapira, President of Heaven Hill. “Through our Evan Williams Bourbon Bar and Burnett’s V Lounge, we are pleased to be part of this exciting new addition to Louisville and the Commonwealth of Kentucky.”

“As a sponsor for the ‘Kentucky Athletic Hall of Fame,’ we are proud to add our name to the list of local companies supporting the new arena,” said Carolyn Russ, Vice President of Marketing & Business Development for Park Community Federal Credit Union. Park Community Federal Credit Union’s membership is open to anyone in the Louisville Metro area and this is our way of saying thank you to the community we serve. We are happy to support what we know will be another ‘landmark’ in this community and bring great opportunities to the Commonwealth.”

“We are excited to be one of the newest sponsors of the KFC Yum! Center and about the visibility it will provide our brands with adult consumers in Louisville at sporting events and concerts yearround,” said Rich Gutierrez, group director, local media buying, Anheuser-Busch, Inc.

“Being the local roaster of high grown specialty coffees, John Conti Coffee Company always endeavors to be involved in efforts to make our community a better place to live and work,” said Mike Jones, Vice President of John Conti. “We are happy to be one of the supporting partners for the KFC Yum! Center.”

“When we opened Sign-A-Rama Downtown in 2003, it was a very deliberate choice to be a part of downtown Louisville and its ongoing renewal,” said Maggie Harlow, owner of Sign-A-Rama Downtown. “We are proud to be a partner to the KFC Yum! Center and look forward to many years of shared efforts and enjoying some great entertainment. We believe the arena represents a new high mark for our River City and we look forward to being a part of the fun.”
