TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – University of Alabama Athletics and Townsquare Media Tuscaloosa announced today a seven-year extension of its broadcast relationship, allowing Crimson Tide fans in the Tuscaloosa market the opportunity to hear games and related programming for their favorite team on Townsquare’s 95.3 FM The Bear; Tide 102.9 FM; Catfish 1230 AM and 1001.1 FM; and Praise 790 AM and 93.3 FM.

As hometown radio flagship for the Crimson Tide, Townsquare Media will carry all regular-season and post-season games for men’s football, men’s and women’s basketball, as well as baseball and softball. In addition to live game broadcasts, Townsquare stations will carry all broadcasts of the Hey Coach show, featuring select coaches representing UA Athletics varying by season and teams showcased. In addition, fans can hear Crimson Tide Rewind on Monday nights during football season and the daily Crimson Tide Today providing highlights on all sports across campus.

The agreement with Townsquare Media Tuscaloosa was secured on behalf of the university by Learfeld’s Crimson Tide Sports Marketing, Alabama Athletics’ multimedia rightsholder which also manages all aspects of the radio network. The extended relationship kicks off with fall football and continues through the 2023-24 athletic season.
